The release date for Marathon has been announced. Bungie unveiled gameplay of the game, showing that it's a hero extraction shooter. There was another game called Marathon, also released by Bungie in 1994, which was more akin to the original DOOM game. There has been some negative feedback that the new version of Marathon has got nothing to do with the original version. Marathon will be releasing on 23 Sep 2025.
